Terms of Service

NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT SERVICES, LLC (NCCS) will use federal law in the attempt to correct errors and other misleading information found in your credit reports by challenging the credit items that you identify to NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT SERVICES, LLC as inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable. When NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT SERVICES, LLC receives legible copies of credit reports from you, it will draft, sign, and send letters to the three major credit bureaus on your behalf and in your name. NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT SERVICES, LLC cannot guarantee a specific outcome or accurately predict how long the process will take. This process may take more or less than twelve months, but you may cancel this agreement at any time. NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT SERVICES, LLC does not charge you in advance for any services. NO FEE WILL BE PAID UNTIL RETURN OF CORRECTED REPORT FROM CREDIT REPORTING AGENCY. AT THAT TIME, A BILLING WILL BE PRESENTED FOR PAYMENT IN FULL FOR ALL ITEMS CORRECTED, IMPROVED, OR DELETED.

THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE BY NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT SERVICES AND BETWEEN YOU, HEREIN REFERRED TO AS “CLIENT,” AND NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT SERVICES, LLC, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “NCCS,” AGREE AS FOLLOWS:

A. NCCS agrees to assist in obtaining credit reports. NCCS cannot be responsible for any delays in client obtaining reports from credit bureaus. Clients agree they are responsible for obtaining their credit reports, forwarding disputed reports to NCCS and notifying NCCS of not received disputer reports.

B. NCCS will not assume responsibility for any article lost or delays in mail. [Credit Reports.]

C. NCCS will assist in the process of removing and/or correcting information on clients' reports under provisions and updates of The Fair Credit Reporting Act.

D. CLIENT authorizes NCCS to prepare necessary correspondence in settlement of certain derogatory information contained in client's credit reports(s), and client will furnish reason(s) for disputes.

E. CLIENT understands that we may not produce information that is not accurate or untrue on behalf of the client. Client understands that all disputes must be true and accurate.

F. CLIENT understands the term of a disputing cycle is approximately 45 days. The bureaus take 30-45 days to resolve items in dispute. No other time frame by law can be given for completion of client reports.

G. CLIENT agrees to forward all reports to NCCS within 7 days of receipt from bureaus.

H. CLIENT agrees to provide NCCS with the original or original quality copy of all correspondences received. [Credit Reports]

I. CLIENT understands that, due to existing state and federal laws, it is unlawful to guarantee the removal or correction of any inaccurate or incomplete information, or the addition of favorable information.

J. CLIENT gives NCCS full authorization, as the client's representative, to act at its discretion in communications with the credit reporting agencies, or others that provide publicly recorded information, and to sign all correspondence to the credit bureaus on the clients behalf.

K. NCCS does not guarantee the improvement of the credit report; they do not promise any particular standard of improvement will be attained or the amount of type of credit a consumer can expect to receive as a result of the performance of the services.

L. ALL correspondence, contracts, and checks must be addressed to NCCS and all communications must be in writing.

M. NCCS reserves the right to cancel this contract if the client has been unresponsive to communication request for a period of 30 days or more, or has not submitted payment on outstanding invoices for work completed, and NCCS has been unsuccessful at re-establishing contact with the client.

N. CLIENT agrees to only communicate with the credit bureaus through the Firm's written correspondence.

O. Under the provisions of The Fair Credit Reporting Act and its revisions, client has the right to investigate and challenge entries on CLIENTS credit report itself, but desire to use the audit verification and correction service provided by NCCS.

P. CLIENT is responsible for the cost of obtaining credit reports, and for forwarding to NCCS (within 7 days) all ongoing reports as received. CLIENT need to reorder, from time to time, a revised report from one or more of the credit reporting agencies during the dispute process contract period. NCCA will inform CLIENT if such action is needed.

Q. CLIENT will return all correspondence and credit reports to NCC within 7 days of receipt. If reports are not received within 60 days, CLIENT will notify NCCS.

R. CLIENT'S account will be reviewed each time a new report is sent to NCCS to determine appropriate action on remaining disputed items.

S. CLIENT agrees to pay all billed line items deleted, corrected or improved items as they are received from the credit bureau and billed to CLIENT from NCCS.
