It is the goal of NCCS to provide the start to your financial independence by providing credit repair but we also strive to support and provide to you access to a vast array of financial services products.

HOW MUCH DOES YOUR SERVICE COST?

The payment structure is simple and easy to understand.

Much less than what your continued bad credit will cost you! NCCS' goal is to improve your credit by removing derogatory accounts that weaken your score, we also wish to provide education and support that will allow you to maintain your good into the future.

The cost of doing this is minimal - $50 per month plus a nominal file setup fee.

NCCS will charge you an initial file setup fee of $69.95 seven days from the receipt of your electronic sign-up form for related services to setup your account, and then $50 each and every subsequent month (30 days) that we continue to work for you. This fee is billed for work performed the previous 30 days.

NCCS does offer a No Risk Refund Policy and you are able to cancel our services at anytime.

The fastest way to raise your credit scores is to forward any updated information from the bureaus to us immediately. Once the process has been initiated your best source of information about how your scores look will be the next update from the bureaus.

CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?

DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR SERVICES?
If you come upon a credit repair agency that guarantees results, turn the other way and run. This would be no different than a doctor promising results from an operation or a teacher promising a student's GPA. We use our proven methods of credit repair to yield you the best possible results. NCCS does offer a No Risk Refund Policy. If you have used NCCS' services for 12 continuous months and you feel NCCS has not lived up to your expectations you may request that we review your account to determine if you are owed a refund. Simply put, an NCCS representative will total all items removed or improved during your course of service with NCCS and assign a value of $50 per item - a total dollar value will be calculated and this figure will be subtracted from the total amount you paid NCCS. If there is a balance remaining NCCS will issue a refund to you.

CAN I REFER A FRIEND?
Absolutely! Like any business we love referrals. And to show our appreciation we will pay you $50 for each individual referred who signs up, uses, and pays for our services. NCCS also offers an affiliate program for those individuals who wish to pursue an on-going relationship with NCCS and our services. WHAT IS OUR PROCESS?

NCCS makes use of the Fair Credit Reporting Act in helping their clients to improve their credit. We adhere to the most stringent privacy guidelines to protect your personal information.

Step 1: Enroll with NCCS
Choose our Get Started link to begin the process. We will request important personal information that we need to assist you. You will also digitally sign federally required disclosures that will allow us to begin working for you. Finally you will be directed to order your credit reports. Once you obtain your credit reports please mail them to use as soon as possible. Do not write on or modify them in any way.

Step 2: Review and Sign Documentation
You will receive a welcome package from NCCS within 2 hours of signing up online with further instructions on how we will process your account. You will also be asked to sign and return service disclosures and to include copies of your drivers license and social security card.

Step 3: We Go to Work for You
Once we've received your credit reports and information, we will draft letters to dispute negative items on your behalf. These letters are designed to communicate your dispute in such a way that the credit bureaus will accept the dispute and conduct an investigation.

While this may sound easy, any person who has attempted to dispute his or her own credit will tell you otherwise. According to federal law, the credit bureaus can ignore your dispute under a variety of conditions. In our experience, a large percentage of dispute letters sent directly from consumers are rejected under one pretext or another.

Step 4: You Receive Updates from the Credit Bureaus
The credit bureaus have up to 30 days to respond. You should begin paying attention to your mail for ANYTHING that has a return address of Equifax, Experian, or Trans Union about 2 weeks after you send NCCS your credit reports. Even if it looks like junk mail, forward it to us. Forward it to us, even if it's a report with no improvements. Simply forward everything.

If you do NOT receive anything from a bureau within 45 days, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY, by email, preferably. We will need another copy of your most recent report or update, so make a copy of your copy and forward us the best copy.

Step 5: Repeat Steps 3 - 4 until You Get Your Best Result
Every client is different, but the average time for a client to remain with us is six to twelve months. In that time, you should see a significant improvement in your credit file and credit score. Welcome to a fresh start!


The Credit Repair Cycle

HOW DO YOU RESTORE BAD CREDIT?
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) lets you challenge the information on your credit report using criteria of "completeness and accuracy" and is how the FTC ensures fair credit reporting. This is your only weapon in fighting bad credit. When you challenge the information on your credit report and it is "found to be innacurate or cannot be verified, the credit bureau will delete the information.

We aren't able to place claims that are "frivolous or irrelevant." This means you as a consumer and NCCS as your partner cannot challenge all negative items on your credit report without providing some sort of proof. However, "A [credit bureau] must assume a consumer's dispute is bona fide, unless there is clear and convincing evidence to the contrary." Furthermore, disputes made as an appeal for reasons like health problems, divorce, job loss, etc., are not considered valid reasons and the request will be denied .

However, when NCCS goes to work for you the law states that "at a minimum... check with the original sources or other reliable sources of the disputed information and inform them of the nature of the consumer's dispute." In some cases of consumer dispute, "Reinvestigation and verification may require more than asking the original source of the disputed information the same question and receiving the same answer."

Sounds simple, doesn't it? When in reality we have one weapon- the FCRA- that we can use to dispute your credit score, and the credit bureaus have more loopholes than you can count. Fortunately, if a claim is found to be relevant and the credit bureau does not respond within 30 days, they are obligated to remove that specific item from your report at that agency.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We can't promise results in a certain timeframe, and any credit repair company that does shouldn't be trusted. Based on past results, we typically see great improvement within 90 days of beginning our services, but results and times differ.


WILL DELETED ITEMS JUST REAPPEAR?
We use proven methods in repairing your credit. In fact, we're so confident in our process that should a deleted item reappear on your credit, we will attempt to remove it at no additional expense to you*

*This does not qualify if the item reappears because you have continued to neglect the account or debt in question.

DO I NEED TO PAY MY BILLS?
Yes! NCCS is not the solution to dodge debts and financial obligations. It isn't beneficial to you, your credit score, companies you borrow from, or our economy.

CAN I WRITE ON MY CREDIT REPORTS?
No, we need clean un-modified credit reports to perform our work.

CAN I CHOOSE WHAT ACCOUNTS TO DISPUTE
Yes. Just attach a letter outlining the accounts you want us to dispute with your initial credit reports or you can email this to support@nationalccs.com. Please make sure to include your account number on any correspondance.

CAN BAD CREDIT BE DELETED?
Yes! NCCS has over 15 years of experience and countless satisfied customers who have gotten their dreams back as a result of our services. Bad credit is nothing more than a line on a page holding you back, and NCCS is the delete button.

DOES CONSUMER CREDIT COUNSELING SERVICE HELP CONSUMERS RESTORE CREDIT?
Because of the conflict of interest between CCCS and the credit bureaus, you cannot put faith in them working for you and against the credit bureaus. Even worse- if you don't complete the CCCS program they are authorized to actually list that as a negative listing on your credit report. Paying off your debts is the proper thing to do- but that doesn't restore bad credit.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT NCCS SUPPORT?
Contact via the internet. Our system will generate a customer service ticket that will be responded to promptly by the support agent that can best serve you.

WHY IS THE INTERNET AND EMAIL THE PRIMARY MEDIUMS USED BY NCCS?
There really is NOTHING for you as a customer to do in this process other than forward ALL correspondence to NCCS as soon as possible and to stay current on your payment for our services. By using technology instead of more time and labor intensive techniques we can complete our work more quickly and less expensively – both huge benefits to you the consumer!

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE ACCESS TO THE INTERNET OR DON'T HAVE AN EMAIL ACCOUNT?
Find access to a computer - either through a friend, a neighbor, the library or some other means. You can create a free email account by setting up a hotmail account at www.msn.com. NCCS can work through regular postal mail however it is much slower and we find that our customer follow through is much lower.

HOW AM I BILLED / HOW CAN I PAY?
NCCS prefers to use a dedicated credit card or debit card that we can retain on file to eliminate billing and collection issues. We are also set up to receive payment via Paypal or electronic checks on line.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A CHECKING ACCOUNT?
NCCS does provide a check systems service for those individuals that are unable to establish a checking account due to past account problems. This is a service that your NCCS customer service rep can inform you of if you have a need for it. For more payment alternatives and information please contact a NCCS representative

WHAT IF I CANNOT AFFORD YOU RIGHT NOW?
If you cannot afford our services, we recommend looking at our partners and affiliates section and contact an experienced representative in financial budgeting. NCCS is trying to help people who are on the road back from bad credit, and part of that is having a balanced budget.
